According to the owner, he DID NOT hit a woman. He slapped the guy she was with. I feel a little better about that, but not much. He still got in the deputies face. That’s one thing I learned in High School. Never push someone who carries a gun and can put you in jail.

Ace G. Gordon was charged with disorderly intoxication, obstruction of an officer and resisting arrest without violence.

Ace Gordon, 28-year-old cocky recent castoff on the reality TV show “Survivor: Gabon,” faces misdemeanor charges after Collier County deputies say he caused a disruption at an east Naples lounge early Sunday.

Ace G. Gordon was charged with disorderly intoxication, obstruction of an officer and resisting arrest without violence.

Gordon could not be reached for comment.

Reports say deputies saw the security staff at Sway Lounge, 2858 U.S. 41 E, escorting Gordon out of the establishment.

Staff members told deputies Gordon struck a woman in the bar before being asked to leave, according to a Collier County Sheriff’s Office report.

But Sway owner Assaf Basher said that isn’t exactly how it happened.

“He had an incident with a girl and the guy she was with said something and then he (Gordon) slapped him in the face,” Basher said.

Basher explained that Gordon was then told to leave and he refused.

Sway security then escorted Gordon – whom many viewed as a villain on “Survivor” – outside where he was met by deputies.

As deputies began talking with Gordon, he then allegedly pushed a deputy, Basher said.

According to the sheriff’s office report, Gordon reached toward a deputy’s face and had to be taken to the ground to be handcuffed.

While en route to the Collier County Jail, Gordon repeatedly told deputies he was famous.

“He told police, ‘I’m from ‘Survivor.” But they said, ‘It doesn’t matter if you’re from ‘Survivor’ or the president of the United States – you can’t go around hitting people’,” Basher said.

“We usually have a very good crowd,” Basher added. “I can’t remember the last time we had a fight.”

Gordon was released later Sunday. He had no prior arrests.
