Survivor Maps has learned that Survivor will be returning to Africa, this time on the continent’s west coast in equatorial Gabon. Gabon is recognized as one of the wealthier and more stable African countries. French is the official language of the 1.5 million inhabitants. Reports put the filming situated in and around the villages of Nyonie and Ekwata in the Wonga Wongue Reserve.
